Calling all Change Makers! We need your help.
Do you know a local charity* doing exceptional work in your community? You can help make a difference by nominating a deserving program in your community today (charities are welcome to self-nominate).
We are looking for innovative and impactful programs that are affecting change on the frontlines of mental health and addictions care across Canada. Twelve provincial and territorial winners will receive $10,000 each, while one national organization will receive $30,000. That’s $150,000 in funding!
Nomination Deadline: Friday, September 27th, 2024
Please note: charities need only be nominated once. There is no advantage to submitting additional nominations.
How to apply: Please fill out the information required about your charity* of choice below and hit the submit button at the bottom of the page. If the charity which you have nominated is selected, we will contact you directly so you can take part in sharing the good news!
*The nominated charity must be a registered Canadian charity.
